SCROOMS Get Ocarina: The Five-Statue Reward

Finish the opening tutorial, complete five Grove Statue respects, return to Halden, and open the Ocarina as your utility song tool.

Get the Ocarina in SCROOMS by completing The Next Step: follow Leo's direction to Halden, Pay Respects at five Grove Statues, then return to Halden for the reward. The return conversation is the last acquisition step.

Start after the opening tutorial

Finish the starter catching, sale, and guitar sequence before following Leo's direction. Speak to Halden at the log beside the Grove campfire and red tents. He gives the task that connects the statues to the Ocarina reward.

Read the current Quest Log objective after the conversation. This keeps the unlock route separate from simply visiting familiar landmarks while the tutorial still asks for another action.

Register five distinct respects

Approach each statue and use Pay Respects, with E on keyboard. You may visit them in any order. Track the landmark names rather than the visual similarity of their pedestals so you can identify an overlooked stop.

The statue locations guide lists the five landmarks. If the reward is still unavailable, first check that you interacted at every distinct statue and returned to Halden, rather than trying to buy the utility tool from a catching-instrument shop.

Claim and open the song tool

When the five interactions are complete, speak to Halden again. After the unlock, the Ocarina appears in its later hotbar slot. It is a utility instrument for songs, so receiving it does not replace your equipped catching gear.

Homeward Melody is a useful first song to understand: it returns you to your set spawn point. Use the Ocarina reference for the tool's role or Homeward Melody for the arrow sequence. This unlock route finishes at the reward conversation, then hands you a separate song action to learn.
